To support the Accounts Payable function, the full-time remote Accounts Payable Associate will manage routine invoice processing, vendor file maintenance, and administrative tasks while collaborating with Operations and Corporate teams. Key responsibilities Receive, coordinate, review, and code vendor invoices for accuracy and approval prior to payment Enter and process invoices using Ramp and Sage Intacct, ensuring compliance with established procedures Assist with new vendor setup and maintenance, including collecting required documentation and responding to vendor inquiries Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 0-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting support role Basic understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection
