$20 - $26 hourly based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients with a warm smile and ensure they feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
• Efficiently manage the scheduling of appointments, balancing patient needs with practitioner availability.
• Handle patient inquiries with clarity and empathy, providing accurate information and support.
• Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, reflecting our commitment to a professional environment.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and timely service delivery.
• Process patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Assist in maintaining patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times, in line with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a dental front desk role, ensuring patient satisfaction and efficient operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a calm and organized reception area.
• Proven track record of handling patient inquiries with empathy and providing clear, accurate information.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software and appointment scheduling systems.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with dental staff and patients.
• Proficiency in maintaining patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, supporting seamless patient flow and service delivery.
