\nQualifications : 3 - 6 yrs of operations/middle office/trade support experience from an alternative asset manage / private equity / hedge fund (with derivatives, equities, credit, fixed income)
\nCompensation : $115,000 - $150,000 base salary plus a target bonus of 20% - 25%

\nThis position sits at the intersection of trading, risk, and operations, offering exposure to the full trade lifecycle across a diverse investment portfolio.
\n \nKey responsibilities include:
\n-Overseeing trade capture, booking, and reconciliation across multiple asset classes.
\n-Monitoring daily trading activity, operational controls, position limits, and risk reporting.
\n-Coordinating with traders, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues.
\n-Managing derivative-related workflows, including confirmations and options activity.
\n-Preparing daily and weekly reporting for investment and operations teams.
\n-Supporting automation, process enhancements, and cross-functional projects.
