TitleRegistered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Job Description What You’ll Do:
• Assess gum health, check for signs of periodontal disease, and provide early intervention when needed.
• Take and review digital X-rays to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Guide patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques for optimal at-home care.
• Provide tailored recommendations for oral care products, such as electric toothbrushes, mouthwashes, and interdental cleaners.
• Discuss the impact of nutrition and lifestyle habits (such as smoking, grinding, and sugar intake) on oral health.
• Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office staff to create a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere, ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued.
• Accurately document patient histories, exam findings, and treatment progress in digital records.
•Work closely with the dentist to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's needs.
• Track and schedule follow-up visits to ensure patients receive continuous care.
full-time $55 - $65 per hour
Salary based on Experience.

Work Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) with an active state license in CA.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a dental hygienist preferred.
• Proficient in modern dental tools and technologies, such as digital X-rays and ultrasonic scalers.
• Active Dental Hygienist license in California.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on excellent patient care.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to contribute to practice growth.
