Retail Fashion Sales - Fitting Consultant

DRY MARTINI, Grand Central Terminal, Manhattan

The Role

If you love fashion, have a can do positive attitude, can crush sales, and crave an environment you can make your own and grow in, DRY MARTINI is for you.

We are an independent designer brand, 100% designed and manufactured locally in Manhattan. 

The clothes are exquisite basics, just like the cocktail we mastered simplicity executed to perfection.

This position is for our Grand Central Store location inside the terminal. Close to everything, busy and gorgeous. 

Skills:

Confident chatting and fabulous interpersonal skills

Can make sales/has sale savvy and experience

loves dress-up and styling

takes pride in their work - from gift wrapping, to window displays to styling clients and building a client fan base!

Key Holder

Reliable and punctual

Legally able to work in the USA

• This sales-led position focussed on styling outfits
• building lasting customer relationships.

The Opportunity

we have no ceiling on that one! As the company is in it biggest growth phase, if you have ambition, a great attitude, fabulous work ethic, then there is no limit.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional in-store customer experience through styling, fitting guidance, and wardrobe pairing
• Confidently guide customers through the collection and close sales with professionalism
• Maintain a polished and welcoming boutique environment
• Assist with visual merchandising and window displays
• Support store organization, product presentation, and inventory upkeep
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

Preferred Experience:

• Broader fashion industry experience
• Background in fashion design, styling, garment construction, or pattern making
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to pivot a sales pitch quickly by reading a customer’s needs and guiding them toward a confident purchase

Compensation

$20 per hour

plus Commission opportunities
