Our client is seeking a Second Shift Production Supervisor for a temp-to-perm opportunity in manufacturing operations, working on-site. This role leads daily production, develops teams, and drives safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Second Shift Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

\n
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly production employees while managing engagement, performance, attendance, and employee relations.
\n
• Oversee daily production activities, assign labor and resources, and monitor operational KPIs.
\n
• Promote a strong safety culture, lead 5S initiatives, and maintain a clean, organized, audit-ready environment.
\n
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and applicable audit requirements.
\n
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
\n

Second Shift Production Supervisor Qualifications:

\n
• At least five years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
\n
• Experience supervising hourly production employees and understanding manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and workforce management.
\n
• Experience tracking, analyzing, and improving operational KPIs.
\n
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
\n
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
\n

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
