Slot Technician SupervisorThe Slot Technician Supervisor is responsible for the day to day supervision of slot gaming devices, technicians and non-gaming devices and their performance, both operationally and financially. Responsible for the overall maintenance on all slot equipment, both gaming and non-gaming. Supervision of the slot technician staff.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSafeguards assets of the company.Supervises and directs slot machine maintenance personnelPerforms routine maintenance, overhauls, and modifications on slot machinesAssists Director of Casino Operations with any duties assignedObserves slot machine playServices machines when minor malfunctions occurSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Authority over slot repair and maintenance activities. Supervises slot technicians as referenced in the slot department organization chart.QUALIFICATIONSOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsUnderstanding of and experience complying with gaming regulations, both operations and technical standards.Working current knowledge of the various slot and video games, technology, and equipment found on the casino floorAbility to multi-task and prioritize work demandsHigh level of discretion and confidentialityMust be detail orientedEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of three years Slot Tech experience within a slot gaming operationCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMissouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.LANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to effectively communicate in English both verbal and written.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.COMPUTER SKILLSMust have high level computer skills with experience in excel.REASONING ABILITYPlanning, remembering details, using arithmetic, reading, directing others, making decisions, discriminating colors, working rapidly, working at various tempos, concentrating amid distractions, remembering names & faces, examining & observing detailsPHYSICAL DEMANDSStanding, walking, reaching, kneeling, carrying, pulling, hearing, sitting, bending/stooping, observing, stretching, pushing, turning, balancingWORK ENVIRONMENTInside, noisy, hazards, secondary smoke and bright lightsThe above job analysis is for the sole purpose of complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act and is not to be construed to include all employees employed in each job classification.
