Description Responsibilities: Exercises supervisory control over all Floor People, Lead Cashiers, Cashier in their designated area. Enforces policies and procedures. Safeguard of all assets in their control. Approves slot machine payoffs and fills. Observes and evaluates slot personnel. Verifies and signs checkout reports and booth buys. Performs related duties as assigned. Competencies: Supervises a unit of subordinate employees in an assigned work area. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Work Environment: The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Will work with jet sorts, coin rollers, and slot machines on a daily basis. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
