About the position This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the NAF Human Resources Office on Davis Monthan AFB, Tucson, AZ, This position is considered Regular Full Time. You are guaranteed 40 hours. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience Must have progressively responsible experience in substantive NAF personnel management and administration that demonstrates knowledge of NAF personnel policies, regulations, practices, and procedures. Must possess experience that provides the knowledge and skill in interpreting and applying personnel guidance covering NAF personnel management programs. Must have knowledge of automated personnel systems and computer applications. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and skill in dealing effectively with managers, employees, customers, and the public. #J-18808-Ljbffr
